Services and project scope
Designinty provides creative and digital services such as logo design, website design and development, print design, mobile app work and video animation. The specific deliverables, revisions, timeline and price for a project are determined by the package, written proposal, invoice or other written project agreement accepted by the client.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, timely feedback, required content and materials, and any third-party licenses or permissions needed for materials they supply. Delays in feedback, content or approvals may affect the project timeline.
Revisions and approvals
Revision scope depends on the selected package or written project agreement. Approval by email, chat or another agreed written channel may be treated as authorization to proceed to the next project stage. Requests that materially change the approved scope may require a revised quote.
Payments
Payment amounts, stages and due dates are set out in the applicable package, invoice or written agreement. Third-party expenses such as domains, hosting, paid plugins, stock assets, printing, licensing or platform fees may be separate unless expressly included.
Ownership and portfolio use
Ownership and usage rights for final approved deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement and are typically transferred after the agreed payment obligations are completed. Designinty may display completed work in its portfolio unless a different confidentiality arrangement is agreed in writing.
Third-party services
Projects may depend on third-party platforms, hosting providers, app stores, payment services, plugins, themes, fonts, stock assets or other services. Designinty does not control third-party availability, policy changes or outages.
No guaranteed business or search results
Creative, marketing and technical services can support business goals, but Designinty does not guarantee specific sales, revenue, rankings, traffic, conversion rates or other commercial outcomes unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not use this website or Designinty services for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, abuse, malware distribution or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
Limitation and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Clients should contact Designinty promptly so project or billing concerns can be reviewed before escalating a dispute.

These terms may be updated to reflect service, operational or legal changes. The date above identifies the current published version.
